We customize our team training and coaching program to solve the real problem—applying the Camp System’s principles and behaviors to the real-world negotiations your team is facing. Your team will learn by doing and achieving results.

Training whether online or in person is not effective without ongoing coaching support on real negotiations. Our Team Training programs include a minimum of 2 months of group and one-on-one coaching sessions.

Team Training & Coaching Delivery:

  • Interactive on-location/in-person or online/virtual training with two Camp Coaches
  • Scheduled weekly calls with participants reinforcing elements of the system and focusing on real deals currently in play, or forthcoming.
  • Unlimited on-demand phone/virtual access to Camp coaches
  • Each participant will also have access to Camp System online learning tools including Jim Camp’s live workshop series.  This program also includes access to our preparation and debriefing process guides.
