“I have a strong fight-or-flight response, which often heightens my emotional 'budget' during negotiations…”

… Hearing how Camp remained calm and focused on others really resonates with a Servant Leadership mentality. … I'm working on incorporating this approach when I feel my emotions rising.

I'm excited… and eager to share it with my daughter, who is considering beginning a career coaching science teachers. The CNS process will certainly help her in understanding the perspectives of both students and teachers. The tools—M&P, Checklist, and Log—will ensure a continuous learning mindset for her as she coaches others.
